PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

By engaging with us, submitting your personal data or that of another individual, or subscribing to any of our products or services, you affirm your and such other individual's agreement and consent to the Companies and Representatives collecting, utilizing, disclosing, and sharing personal data among themselves in accordance with this Notice.

Furthermore, this Notice will provide comprehensive information regarding the lawful bases upon which we may collect, use, and/or disclose your personal data without your explicit consent, where permissible by applicable law.

Personal Data Collected
During the provision of our services, you may furnish personal data to us. Your personal data may also be supplied by a representative on your behalf, in which case, we shall assume, until otherwise notified, that you have authorized the disclosure of your personal data to us.

The aforementioned purposes may remain applicable even in situations where your relationship with us (e.g., pursuant to a contract) has been terminated or altered, for a reasonable period thereafter (including, where applicable, a period to enable us to enforce our rights under any contract with you).
Additionally, Eurasiax collects, uses, and discloses your personal data for the following purposes, contingent on the nature of our relationship:

If you submit any application to us as a candidate for employment/your engagement as an independent contractor:
(a) Conducting interviews;
(b) Processing your application, which includes pre-recruitment checks involving your qualifications and facilitating interviews;
(c) Providing or obtaining employee references and for background screening;
(d) Assessing your suitability for the position applied for;
(e) Processing staff referrals; and/or
(f) Any other purposes relating to any of the foregoing. -
If you are our director, employee, independent contractor, temporary staff, intern, or trainee:
(a) Administrative, human resources-related, and support processes relating to your employment or relationship with us, including managing and terminating your employment or appointment, assessing and evaluating your suitability for employment or appointment or continued employment or appointment
